Oppression is oppression, be it on Muslims or Hindus,
What crime did the innocent commit, just to visit you?
To gaze upon beauty, your land so heavenly,
How did paradise become a place of malignancy?
The blood of tyrants will one day run cold,
When the pain of the wronged can no longer be told.
Injustice knows not of borders or faith,
Let love and compassion be our preserving grace.
Religion teaches neither hatred nor spite,
Allah made this world for all to unite.
Nations we’ve carved with our pride and greed,
For mere land, humanity continues to bleed.
To save a life, you save all humankind,
A spark of hope that flows like a vibrant design.
But take an innocent’s life, and darkness spills,
To kill in God’s name shatters His sacred will.
How will companions carry the bodies home?
What answers will they give when they’re all alone?
You ventured to see a picture once boasted,
India’s Switzerland, now a dream ghosted.
This act of terror we must strongly condemn,
United we stand, our resolve we stem.
In the face of attacks on our kin and our pride,
We respond with strength, side by side.
Let’s guard our unity against deceitful schemes,
In the fight for our values, we hold our dreams.
We pray for the souls that too soon depart,
Their memory is forever etched in our hearts.
