An International Webinar on the topic “ SOCIO CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC IMPACT OF COVID 19 PANDEMIC:A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE’ was organised by the Sociology Department of Maharaja Bijli Pasi College Lucknow in collaboration with Sakaldiha PG College,Sakaldiha,Chandauli on 13th &14th of June 2020.Dr Manju Dikshit,Principal of MBP College welcomed the panellists and experts.
The WEBINAR was convened and conducted by Dr Ajeet Singh and Dr D.S.SYadav.The chief guest for the event was Prof. T.N. Singh,Vice Chancellor,Mahatama Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth,Varanasi.The keynote speakers included Dr Monika Mishra,U.S.A. and Dr Nitu Goswami from FAI University ,Canada.The speakers threw light on the ongoing global crisis in the form of Covid 19 crisis and the social and economic impact of the pandemic.Other distinguished speakers included Dr Manavendra P. Singh,Prof Santosh Kumar and Prof B.N. Dubey from institutes across the country.
