नयी दिल्ली, 17 फरवरी भाषा दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने बुधवार को पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और वरिष्ठ पत्रकार एमजे अकबर द्वारा दायर मानहानि के मुकदमे में पत्रकार प्रिया रमानी को बरी कर दिया। लेकिन इसमें देरी हुई क्योंकि न्यायमूर्ति ने कहा कि इस फैसले को सुधारने की जरूरत है।
अदालत ने कहा, “बलात्कार के मामले उठाने वाली महिलाओं को मानहानि की शिकायतों के आधार पर दंडित नहीं किया जा सकता है।”
